What is included.
- Managed hosting, with uptime monitoring and a 24/7 response to anything that takes the site down
- Security patching, plugin and platform updates, and an SSL certificate kept current
- Daily backups, with a tested restore process, not just a backup that exists
- Two hours of changes every month: content updates, new pages, fixes, small improvements
- CMS administration and user management, so you are never locked out of your own site
- A monthly summary of what was done, what changed and anything that needs a decision
More than two hours in a month?
Additional work is quoted before it starts and billed at our retained rate of £80 + VAT an hour. Nothing is ever done without your approval first, and nothing is billed that was not agreed.
