We're based in Pontcanna, Cardiff, and work with clients across Wales, the UK and the UAE. Calls run on Zoom, recorded so the whole team can see them.

Boni runs delivery. With deep operational experience scaling agencies and product teams, she designs the systems, rhythms and handovers that keep work moving. Clients feel it in clearer comms, faster turnarounds, and fewer surprises.

Meet Rhodri Williams.
Rhodri has spent more than twenty years in sales and marketing, fifteen of them in websites and digital marketing.
He started in sales, including as a sales coach at the AA from 2005, before moving into marketing, and in most of the roles that followed he ran business development too. Along the way he delivered work for brands including Vodafone, Argos, Airbus, Fever-Tree, PizzaExpress, Universal Music Group, and Benefit Cosmetics and Fresh (part of the LVMH group), all at agencies.
In smaller businesses he kept seeing the same thing: good people losing hours to work a well-built system could do, and websites that looked fine but brought in very little. Roddy Digital was set up to fix that.
That sales background still shapes how we work. Every website, campaign and system we build is judged on whether it brings in business.
2005 TO 2010
Sales coach at the AA. Sales from day one.
2009
Started freelancing as a digital marketing consultant, alongside the day job.
2010 TO 2011
Insurance sales, then account management at 118118 Media.
2012 TO 2017
Head of Business Development at Liberty Marketing, a specialist SEO and PPC agency in Cardiff. Won Pizza Express, Universal Music and the University of Hertfordshire. Worked with Airbus, Vodafone and Benefit Cosmetics and Fresh (LVMH group).
2017 TO 2019
Contract consultant to three agencies, in London, Scotland and Wales, including Illustrate Digital in Cardiff.
2019 TO 2021
Headhunted by WebBox as Head of Digital, across websites and paid advertising. The team grew from 5 to 15 and moved into a new office. Won Fever-Tree and St John Ambulance, a major web project.
2021
Turned the freelance work into Roddy Digital.
TODAY
An AI-first agency in Cardiff, working with clients across Wales, the UK and the UAE.
