2. The information we collect
We collect and process the following:
Information you give us. When you complete our contact form, book a call, subscribe to our newsletter, or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number where provided, and the content of your message.
Information from working with us. If you become a client, we process the information needed to deliver our services and manage the relationship, including billing and project details.
Technical and usage information. When you use our website we may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookies Policy for detail.
3. How we use your information and our lawful basis

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed. These include:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Our booking provider, Calendly, when you book a call.
- Our email and productivity provider, Google Workspace.
- Our website analytics provider, Google Analytics 4.
- Our email marketing provider, when you subscribe to our newsletter.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to professional advisers such as our accountants.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or an adequacy decision.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the duration of our relationship and for up to six years afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@roddy.digital.
