Questions about Launch Pad.
What does "fully managed" actually mean?
It means you do not have to do anything. We build your website, write your content, publish your blogs, post on social media, manage your Google Business Profile, and send you a report every month. You are not expected to log into anything, approve every post, or manage any backend. We handle it all.
How long does the initial build take?
The website, technical setup, and initial content are completed within 30 days of your kick-off call. Your 10 launch blog articles and 10 resource guides are ready at the same time. From day 31, your weekly content output begins.
What is the AI-animated launch video?
A short 10 to 20-second animated video that showcases your new website going live, designed for use on social media, in email campaigns, or in outreach. It is produced by our team using AI video tools and delivered as an MP4 ready to post.
Can you maintain quality across 52 blog articles a year?
Yes, because we plan every article in advance. During onboarding we build a 12-month content calendar covering topics, target keywords, and angles. Each article is written to a consistent brief, reviewed before publishing, and optimised for search. Volume and quality are not mutually exclusive when there is a proper system behind them.
Can I upgrade from Kickstart or Accelerate to Launch Pad?
Yes. If you are mid-agreement on another package, we will discuss the upgrade timing and any transition costs during a call. In most cases the upgrade is straightforward and we carry over all existing work.
Which social media platforms are included?
Up to 3 platforms, chosen during onboarding based on your sector and audience. Most businesses use Facebook, Instagram, and either LinkedIn or Google Business Profile posts. We will recommend the right mix for your market.
Is Launch Pad suitable for a brand new business?
Yes. In fact it is one of the fastest ways to establish a dominant online presence from a standing start. Many Launch Pad clients are new businesses who want to arrive in their market properly rather than build gradually. The 30-day build gives you a complete digital infrastructure from day one.
