Questions about Accelerate.
I already have a website, can you work with it or do you build a new one?
We build you a new website as part of Accelerate. If you have existing content, copy, or assets you want to keep, we factor those in during onboarding. In most cases, a fresh build produces better results than trying to optimise an existing site that was not built with SEO or conversion in mind.
Which two social media platforms do you manage?
We will recommend the two platforms most relevant to your sector and target audience during onboarding. For most businesses this is Facebook and Instagram, but if LinkedIn or another platform is more appropriate for your market, we use those instead.
What are the 5 downloadable resource guides?
These are professionally written PDF guides relevant to your business. For example, a plumber might have 'The Homeowner's Guide to Preventing Boiler Breakdowns'. They sit on your website behind an email capture form, building your subscriber list and giving your social media content extra value to share.
What is a lead qualification questionnaire and how does it work?
It is a short, survey-style form built into your enquiry flow (typically 3 to 5 questions) that helps you understand what a prospect needs before you call them back. Instead of a simple contact form, visitors answer questions like 'What type of work do you need?' and 'What is your approximate budget?' so you arrive at every call prepared.
How is Accelerate different from hiring a social media manager?
A social media manager handles social posts. Accelerate handles your website, your Google presence, your blog content, your social content, your lead generation, and your monthly reporting, all connected and aligned. It is a complete digital presence, not just one channel.
Can I choose the topics for my blog articles?
Yes. During onboarding we build a content plan together based on your services, your target areas, and the search terms your customers use. You approve the plan and we write to it each month. If something changes in your business, we adjust the plan.
What happens after month 12?
Your agreement moves to a rolling monthly contract at £800 + VAT per month. You can cancel with 60 days' written notice at any point. Many clients stay on Accelerate long-term; others use month 12 as a natural point to review and upgrade to Launch Pad.
