Everything we do for a pest control client is designed to make them the company their area finds first. We cannot do that for two companies in the same place, so we do not try. One client per metro area, for as long as they are a client.
We are contacting pest control companies city by city. Booking a call holds your area until 48 hours after we speak. Your first monthly payment locks it. Where more than one company is interested, the first to pay takes the slot. If your area is listed on the right, it has gone. If it is not, it is available today.

Do you really only work with one pest control company per area?
Yes. An area is a city or metro and the places around it that share its customers. Once a company in that area becomes a client, we do not take on another for as long as they remain one. The areas already taken are listed on this page.
What happens if my area has already gone?
We will tell you on the call, before you spend any more time. If a neighboring area is free we can talk about that instead. We keep a waiting list in case a slot ever opens.
How does the hold work?
Booking a call holds your area until 48 hours after we speak, so nobody can take it while you decide. Your first monthly payment then locks it for as long as you are a client. If we do not hear from you within the 48 hours, the area opens again.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The website, its content and its domain are yours in full once the 12-month term is paid. Our terms set this out in writing.
You are in the UK. How does that work?
Very simply. We work UK hours, so your morning is our afternoon and calls happen in your working morning, between 9am and 1pm Eastern or 8am and noon Central. Anything you ask for in your afternoon is done by the time you open up the next day. Google, mobile search and AI assistants behave the same way in every market we have worked in, and the results on this page came from exactly the approach we would use for you.
How quickly will I see leads?
The site goes live within 30 days of the build starting. Pest & Property Solutions saw leads arrive in the first two weeks and traffic grow 90% from month one to month two. Every business and area is different, so we track everything from day one and report to you monthly rather than make promises.
Will this work if I already have a website?
Most of our pest control clients did. We redirect every old page to its new equivalent so nothing you have already earned in Google is lost, and we usually find rankings improve within weeks of launch.
